Australian made & issue web khaki/green .303 Lee-Enfield sling. Heavy cotton webbing sling with brass attachments and copper rivets. No markings. Standard rifle length of approx 46 inches (116cm). Excellent unissued condition and may have some storage staining in areas due to the protective grease on the brass fittings and the dye leaching through while having been stored folded. The protective grease on the fittings is easily removed with kerosene or WD40 etc to reveal the brass. The colour is a shade that is somewhere between khaki and dark jungle green. Attached is a photo of three slings ranging in colour from : Left: Khaki..Middle:Khaki/Green (the colour you receive) and Right: Jungle Green. This sale is for the middle sling only.
