Original (not current reproduction) and now scarce US Army issue Mitchell Pattern Vietnam War M1 helmet camouflage cover. Contract number DSA100-77-FU393 indicates a very late manufacture of 1977. Excellent condition except for a hole in the crown which appears to have been caused by an acid splash. I have had this cover for over 30 years. The cover in the photo is the cover you receive.
