Product Description
Original and scarce (not current reproduction) blue/grey painted Australian RAN (Royal Australian Navy) issue US M1 steel helmet used by Australian crews during the Vietnam War period. Complete with liner, suspension, neckband, sweatband with /|\ markings and dated 1969. The liner has the Australian NSN (National Stock Number) stamped in white. The helmet chinstraps have been cut off which seemed to happen frequently with Australian troops. The helmet in the photo is the helmet you receive. Scroll down for more photo description.
